1. Order Processing & Lead Times
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Bulk/OEM Orders: Production lead times typically range from 15 to 30 days. Please refer to your specific proforma invoice.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer flexible shipping options to meet your urgency and budget requirements:
- Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Best for samples or small urgent restocks. (5-8 business days).
- Air Freight: Balanced option for medium-sized shipments. Airport-to-Airport or Door-to-Door.
- Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): The most economical solution for large-scale orders. Supports Port-to-Port and DDP options in selected regions.
- Self-Pickup (EXW): You may arrange your own freight forwarder to collect goods from our warehouse.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For International shipments, the recipient (distributor) is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees applicable in their country. If you require specific documentation (CO, Form E, etc.), please notify us before shipment.
4. Cargo Insurance & Damage Claims
- Packaging: All goods are packed with reinforced cartons or pallets to minimize risk.
- Inspection: Please inspect the exterior of the packages upon arrival. If visible damage is found, record it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
- Claims: Any discrepancies in quantity or internal damage must be reported to support@yijiamin.com within 72 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
